Refinished Hutch
This was a fun Project. Â The hutch was painted a deep blue with lacquer top coat. Â Lightly distressed on the edges of the cabinets. Â The hinges and slides were replaced with soft close options. The glass doors were replaced with shatter proof crystal clear acrylic. All finished with new drawer pulls and cabinet knobs.
Trash to Treasure
I found this vanity on the side of the road after leaving a meeting with a potential client.  The condition it was in let me keep on driving as it looked too far gone.  Then it clicked that I have someone looking for vintage but narrow nightstands.  So I turned around and scooped it up.  The client was happy with the outcome as was I.  From discarded trash to french country vintage nightstands.  The tops and front trim were sanded and stained.  The drawer fronts sides and bottoms were missing the top layer of mahogany veneer so they were sanded smooth and painted an off white chalk paint.  The stark contrast between the white and the dark mahogany was too much for the client to so we finished off the edges with antique wax to give it some age and to tone down the white.  Then the whole nightstand was coated with General Finishes High Performance for ultimate durability and protection.
