How to Order

Since products have the ability to be customized to the customers needs, and every product is made to order we are at this time unable to have a checkout option.  To place an order please use either the contact us at the bottom of our home page, email or phone.


1. Contact us with your request

2. Customer will be sent a drawing of Their product to outline dimensions and style.

3. Plans for product finalized

4. Customer signs off on plans

5. Deposit made on product 50% of total and a completion date is given.

6. The customer receives pictures of the product and the remaining 50% is due.

7. Product is shipped or delivered to customer.

Shipping Policy

How We Do It

There are different options for shipping products available. Local delivery to Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee and Virginia available for a fee.  Also customer pick up is available.  For long distance orders Fedex or UPS will be used.  With the many customization and size options and other variables cost will be given per product.

Returns and Refunds

The Small Print

50% non-refundable deposit is required to make an order.  Then the remaining 50% due before Item is shipped. There is a 10 day period for requesting a refund, at which the customer is responsible for return shipping and will get 50% of the purchase price returned to them.  The product is signed off on by the customer before the project is actually started.  If Item is received damaged then product can be returned and an insurance claim filed with shipping company.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our Policy

These are solid wood products.  They require some care to keep in good condition.  They are for interior purposes only unless other wise stated.  With the products being solid wood they are prone to swelling and splitting when exposed to major temp changes and humidity changes.  Splits and cracks can be natural but with proper care and with the proper selection of wood these can be minimized.  

If you find your investment has cracked split or warped we do offer a 90 day return policy for a full refund.  Or you can elect to have a replacement shipped to you. To use your warranty please contact us by phone, email or via contact us on main page of website. 

We don't cover chips, scratches or dents or other damage by improper use.

To clean your product use a damp towel and very little mild detergent,  Bleaches and harsh chemicals can damage the product and are not covered under the warranty.

These are Solid wood very heavy pieces of furniture. We are not responsible for injuries or damage caused by misuse of the products or while moving product.
